I sometimes write poems or prose and then paint over them. I don't save the writing separately. If you should purchase it, please impose your own words and meaning to what you see-feel-sense in the image. And, do change the name if it feels right - maybe you see a night sky, or a river, or fish in a pond over your journal entry.
