INFO & FAQ
ONLINE VS. REAL LIFE COLORS:
Every effort is made to display as accurately and true-ly as possible the colors and images of my pieces. Because displays and screens transmit colors differently for myriad reasons, there is no way to guarantee what you see on screen will be the exact same as what you will see in an original or print that you purchase.
I AM CURIOUS ABOUT ORDERING A PRINT OF A PHOTO. WHAT'S INVOLVED?
The easiest way involves going to Instagram, scrolling to the photo you want a print of, and commenting that you're interested in a print. I will then DM you and we'll have a few messages to determine size, price, shipping, and so forth.
I REALLY LIKE A PIECE THAT IS LISTED AS PRINTS ONLY. DOES THAT MEAN THE ORIGINAL HAS BEEN SOLD?
Maybe. I do keep some for myself. Please use my Connect form to inquire if the original is available.
CAN I GET A PRINT IN A LARGER SIZE THAN LISTED?
Maybe to most likely; it will depend on the piece. Please use my Connect form and include the name of the piece and the size you are interested in.
PRINTS FROM ORIGINAL ART
Prints from originals are custom-printed for every order. I like the personal aspect this adds to the overall experience of appreciating and valuing art and the processes around it, from my paint-speckled studio to the walls of your space. Because all orders are custom printed, please plan accordingly: My process is a slow one compared to the 'get it tomorrow' culture prevalent with online shopping.
- Giclée prints are produced in a professional lab on beautiful fine art paper with high-quality archival inks.
- The canvas prints are laminated to protect against moisture and UV exposure.
- I sign each print and package it carefully for you.
- If you are interested in the print on standard photo matte paper (which is more budget-friendly), please connect with me for pricing.
"Rush" orders are possible at increased cost due to the printer's rush fees and shipping & handling rush fees.
DO YOU TAKE COMMISSIONS?
Yes. I love doing commissions. Please use my Connect form and tell me what you are interested in.
WHAT MEDIUMS DO YOU USE?
Acrylic, watercolor, gouache, charcoal, pencil, markers, ink, and more. I make art on canvas, wood, fine art papers, handmade paper, cardboard, mat board, a variety of recycled papers, boxes, tins, and more. Sometimes I include leaves, rose petals, and found objects.
WHAT IS YOUR RETURN OR REFUND POLICY?
All artwork is final sale. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please let me know as I want you to be pleased with your purchase.
In the event that the art arrives damaged, please use my Connect form and include your order number and a photo of the item. These are addressed on a case-by-case basis and we will work toward a satisfactory solution: Assuming the package and item is returned to me, once it's inspected and researched, I will let you know if a refund will be granted. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. It can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund. If more than 15 business days have passed since approval of your return, please contact me. If an original is damaged and you think it may be salvaged/you would like it repurposed somehow, please contact me and we'll discuss if anything can be done.
GENERAL SHIPPING INFORMATION:
All artwork is carefully packaged and USPS shipping is generally my carrier of choice. Shipping time will vary depending on whether you purchased prints or originals; prints will take a couple of weeks. Once shipped, you will get confirmation with tracking information.
DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONALLY?
Yes, maybe/depending. There are several factors involved if placing an order from outside of the U.S. or shipping to someone living outside the U.S:
- Orders may require an additional invoice for shipping costs. I use USPS, UPS, or FedEx for international orders.
- Shipping time will vary. Due to possible customs delays, there is no guarantee on delivery dates.
- All orders shipped internationally are final sale.
Fees, taxes, and/or duties due upon delivery are the sole responsibility of the purchaser.
