messy beauty

i keep blotter paper on my main art table, and sometimes i find it becomes art itself. i know of some artists who use blotter cloths as they work, and then frame them and sell them. i do love that art is visible in mess, comes out of messy things, and that messy things sometimes remind us our own messy selves have value and are beautiful.
